Helping  them  to know  Now

Medical Educational Resources' content taps into emotional intelligence to
educate, inspire, mentor and drive change
.

WHAT WE DO
We collaborate with your organization, inter-departmentally, to document and strategically share your seasoned provider's experience, behavioral insights, lessons-learned and advice.   This newly created content serves to improve communication skills, exemplify compassion and empathy, increase bi-directional provider/patient satisfaction and helps to mitigate compassion fatigue and burn-out. It also raises mentor's visibility and surfaces new ones.  These resources also work to improve HCAHPS
(Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems).

HOW WE DO IT
Content is not an off-the-shelf product, it originates from your organization, recognizing and representing your leaders and teachers.

  • Medical Educational Resources are created through "Guided Video Interviews" TM.  Little to no preparation time is required.
  • Teaching moments are documented as providers anecdotally share best-practices, behavioral insights and patient engagement techniques that produce patient satisfaction.
  • Short and long-form digital media content is created and formatted to be shared across a variety of in-network platforms and venues.
  • Multi-media assets provide personalized and authentic content for education, orientation, HR,          PR and for fundraising/development.
HOW IT'S USED
Strategically disseminating Resources
is key to driving change. Once created, content is continuously shared with audiences throughout the network  i.e.   personal devices, 1+-minute email video links, in-house programming,
pre/post Rounds, podcasts, weekly meetings, libraries, town halls and orientations. These are legacy assets that not only represent clinical proficiency, but of equal importance, they represent the heart of the institution - its caring, compassionate and empathetic people.

HOW EFFECTIVENESS IS TRACKED
Scheduled surveys assess program usability, perceived value and effectiveness. Audiences are frequently engaged to suggest add-ons, additional viewing platforms and to nominate associates and peers with additional content to be documented and shared.

  • Significantly Reduce Provider Fatigue/Burn-out

to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we
