WHAT WE DO
We collaborate to video document and share your seasoned provider's experience, behavioral insights, lessons-learned and self-care practices.  This newly created content serves to improve communication skills, exemplify compassion and empathy, increase bi-directional provider/patient satisfaction and helps to mitigate compassion fatigue and burn-out.                                                                           These resources can work to improve HCAHPS
  

HOW WE DO IT
  • Medical Educational Resources are created through "Guided Video Interviews" TM.  Little to no preparation time is required. Teaching tools are documented as providers anecdotally share      their personal best-practices.
  • The interview process itself can foster therapeutic value as providers express and re-visit purpose and passion. Many have shared the cathartic nature of the interview process,
  • Video content is edited into short/long form media and shared across network platforms and venues.                                                                                                                                               

HOW IT'S USED
  • Teaching content is continuously shared with audiences throughout the network.
  • Platforms and venues include; personal devices, email links, in-house programming, Rounds, podcasts, weekly meetings, libraries, Town Halls and orientations. These become legacy assets representing the heart of the institution, showcasing its compassionate, empathetic and caring providers and associates.

Metrics
  • Surveys assess program usability, perceived value and outcomes.
  • Engage audiences to suggest add-ons, additional viewing platforms
         and to nominate those with additional content to be share.
