Program 

Phase 1 - Identify:
  • Objectives, goals, audiences and deliverables
  • Multi-specialty and discipline interviewees
  • Hosting venues/platforms for content dissemination
  • PR tools to raise/sustain program awareness & use
  • Metrics

Phase 2  - Production: Videotaped & edited  interviews:
  • Create interview questions addressing behavioral insights, experiences,  lessons learned, self-care. etc.              
  • Conduct video interviews (back-to-back shoot days                                            best accommodate unforeseen  schedule changes)           
  • Edit interviews to create short and long-form teaching content 
  • Review, re-edit(if required) to create approved final content     
  • Audio transcription considerations for additional training and PR
  • Develop PR strategy to raise/sustain awareness and use
         
Phase 3  - Disseminating content & conducting Surveys
  • Launch/sustain PR campaign
  • Assign content: weekly meetings, intranet, personal devices, orientations, library and other platforms
  • Implement surveys to assess value, participation and improved outcomes.
  • Engage audiences for program add-ons and increased participation
Suggested Pilot Program  (6 months)
  • Consultation:  objectives, goals, audiences, deliverables and metrics
  • Videotaping interviewing of 16-24  multi-disciplinary providers (on-site) over 4 days
  • Editing and review (approx.) 25, 1-4 minute teaching/mentoring specific video segments        
  • Content creation; 6-10 minute message-specific segments addressing broader subjects.
  • Disseminate content and track usability and effectiveness.
