Process

  • Medical Educational Resources videos are created via unscripted and 'Guided' Video Interviews  TM with your 'best-practice' healthcare providers. Interviewees represent a broad spectrum of specialties and disciplines and address a wide variety of subjects, experience's, insights and teachings.
  • Raw content is reviewed, edited, approved and produce a wealth of short  and long-form digital content, both video and print.
  • Final edited content then gets continuously disseminated throughout the organization on a variety of existing venues,  platforms and in a variety  of formats. 
  • Ongoing PR raises and sustains audience awareness and encourages use.
  • 'Pulse' surveys reflect and measure perceived value, frequency of use and provide snap-shots of progress, trendings' and outcomes (provider/patient satisfaction).

Program 

Phase 1 - Identify:
  • Objectives, goals, audiences and deliverables
  • Multi-specialty and discipline interviewees
  • Hosting venues/platforms for content dissemination
  • PR tools/campaign to raise/sustain program awareness & use
  • Metrics

Phase 2  - Production: Videotaped & edited  interviews:
  • Create interview questions (challenges to address, behavioral insights, experiences,                                      lessons learned, etc.)               
  • Conduct video interviews (back-to-back shoot days best accommodate unforeseen                                     schedule changes)           
  • Edit interviews to create short and long-form content 
  • Review, redact, re-edit to create approved final content     
  • Consider audio transcriptions for additional training and PR uses
  • Develop PR strategy to raise/maintain awareness and encourage use
         
Phase 3  - Disseminating content & conducting Surveys
  • Launch/sustain PR campaign
  • Assign content: to podcasts, live venues, intranet, personal devices, library                                    and platforms
  • Expand and promote “library archive”
  • Create 'Pulse' surveys (Health Stream) for metrics
  • Encourage suggestions, add-ons and increased participation
Suggested Pilot Program  (9 months - 1 year)
  • Consultation:  objectives, goals, audiences, deliverables and metrics
  • Videotaping 12- 16  multi-disciplinary providers (on-site) over 4 days
  • Edit (approx.) 1-4 minute message-specific video segments from each interview.                                                                                                       
  • Create substantive, 6-10 minute message-specific segments addressing broader subjects.
  • Review, redact (if required),  re-edit (if needed) and create final content.
  • Disseminate content and create 'Pulse Surveys' to track usability and effectiveness.
